I hate to run. I really do. In fact, its probably one of my least favorite things on the planet.
And yet I find myself running a lot lately. Not for very long, or very far. I’m far more out of shape than I used to be.
So why am I doing it if I hate it so much?
Do you ever feel like you just need to be outside yourself for a minute? Just let go and be free. Yeah. Me too. A lot lately. So I run.
And then, once I’ve let whatever it is go, I stop. And wait for another day.
